What Blue Jay Aviation Is

Blue Jay Aviation is a private professional community for Israeli pilots, operated by M.A. Creative Link S.R.L. (Romania). This platform provides networking, mentorship, and professional resources. It is not a licensed aviation training provider, and nothing on this platform constitutes professional flight instruction or legal advice.

Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to licensed pilots who have begun their professional aviation career, and to cadets enrolled in accredited flight training programs. Membership is invitation-based and subject to approval by Blue Jay Aviation administrators. Blue Jay Aviation reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

Community Standards

All members agree to:

• Maintain professional conduct in all community interactions
• Not send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Not harass, threaten, or intimidate other members
• Not knowingly share false or misleading professional information
• Treat private discussions within the community as confidential

Intellectual Property

All original content published by Blue Jay Aviation (webinar recordings, study materials, articles) is the property of M.A. Creative Link S.R.L. Members may not reproduce or redistribute this content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Jay Aviation and its operators are not liable for any decisions you make based on information shared in the community. All professional advice should be independently verified. Blue Jay Aviation accepts no liability for career outcomes, employment decisions, or regulatory compliance.

Suspension and Removal

Blue Jay Aviation may suspend or remove a member for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Members may leave the community at any time by contacting an administrator.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the community after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced in the community.
