Our team of about 20 esteemed mentors spans various aviation sectors, including Airlines, Private Jets, Bush Pilots, and Flight instructors, across continents like the USA, Europe Asia, and Israel.

 

Each mentor brings specialized knowledge and experience, ensuring everyone can find a match for their background and goals.

Amir is a B737 Captain in the USA and a certified flight instructor CFI/CFII/ATP, with a background as a line check pilot.

He has extensive experience in both 121 and 135 operations and has flown various aircraft, including the PC-12, CRJ 200/700/900, B787, and B737.

 

Driven by his passion for promoting a strong safety culture, Amir is dedicated to mentoring cadet pilots. He believes that guiding the next generation is essential for maintaining a safe and professional aviation industry.

Michael is a Captain on the A320 at ACMI company, located in Czech Republic with 10 years of experience in the aviation industry.

As a dedicated CRM Instructor, Interviewer, and Flight Instructor, he is passionate about supporting pilots in their journey, especially when preparing for airline interviews.

Michael believes that CRM is at the heart of effective flying, and he is committed to fostering a strong sense of teamwork and communication among pilots.

Simone is an ELP EASA Examiner, SFI, TKI, a CRM Instructor, and a Recruitment Specialist, with vast experience on the A320, A330, and A380. And currently fly for Emirates.

Simone knows exactly what it takes to fly in every continent, cross-atlantic flights, and communicate effectively in aviation.

Simo is more than thrilled to help any pilot at any phase of his career, whether it's initial or advanced, by providing his experience and contacts. He is always there to offer a professional opinion about any matter.

Smadar Shechter is a highly experienced and respected Captain at EL AL, where she also serves as a flight examiner.

With over 21 years of flying at EL AL, Smadar has flown the Boeing 737, 757, 767, and 787, bringing a wide range of operational experience across short and long-haul fleets.

Smadar is passionate about supporting the pilot community, especially in areas of professional responsibility and handling setbacks such as exam failures.

She is committed to helping pilots successfully navigate the ongoing challenges of their aviation careers.

Bussiness Aviation Mentor

Mark is a highly experienced aviation professional with a distinguished career as a USMC pilot, flying the F-4 on the USS America and serving in the Israeli Air Force.

He has been Captain and Instructor on the Boeing 747 for EL AL and served as President of ISRALPA from 1996 to 2002.

Since 2014, Mark has been involved in Business Jet Aviation in Israel,

dedicating his expertise to mentoring aspiring airline and business jet pilots.

His mission is to enhance safety knowledge within the aviation community through shared experiences and insights.

Adi is a First Officer on a Boeing 737-800 located in Germany and has been involved in aviation since 2019.

Through her experiences living in different countries and attending various schools, both as a student and a pilot, she learned how important it is to be prepared for relocation and to have a work-life balance focusing on well-being and Mental Health. 

Now, she aims to help and support pilots as they move overseas, ensuring they have the guidance they need for a smooth transition and a better pilots' well being.

Ofir Lavi is an A320 First Officer at AirAstana, graduated with excellence from Jerez Flight Academy, which is known for its high-standard training in Europe.


Ofir has joined us to shape the next generation of cadet pilots, contributing back to the community by any means necessary.
Among his personal activities, he also enjoys helping students to pass their ATPL exams, specialising in learning techniques, in order to nail the ATPL ground school and authority exams.

    Nadav is a First Officer for Delta Airlines, flying the B737 and based in the USA. He began his career as a photography and aerial mapping pilot in a C310, accumulating 1,600 flight hours before transitioning to business jet aviation with the CRJ200, CRJ604, and G550.

     

    Through his extensive flying experience around the world, Nadav recognized the importance of mental health and fitness in enhancing pilots’ quality of life. Today, he is dedicated to helping fellow pilots improve their well-being and live healthier lives.

    Mike Koren is a C560 Captain, operates in the business jet industry in Israel. He is a Flight Instructor, and has a background operating C208, PA31 as an aerial pilot.


    When is thrilled to contribute back to the aviation industry by taking on himself the most underrated topic that he came across, which is Pilot Wellness, which fortunately, its importance become into discussion lately.


    Mike is here, among the mentors, to help any pilot with a specialty in business aviation, pilot wellness and decision making.

    Yaniv is a CRJ700/CRJ900 Pilot who flies in 121 operations in the USA. In addition, Yaniv is an experienced Flight Instructor CFI CFII.

    Yaniv relocated to the States with his entire family, and helped pilots to smoothly transition from GA to the Jets world.

     

    He is thrilled to contribute back to the Israeli pilot community by sharing his vast experience regarding the unspoken topics that most of us face - Relocation and transitioning from General Aviation to jets

    Yossi is an A320 First Officer in HiSky, based in Romania, as well as a CFI with experience in Eastern Europe.


    Yossi has experience that every cadet pilot in Europe is eager to absorb—whether in non-aviation-related topics such as relocation or aviation-related topics, such as considerations where to study, pros and cons of each program country, studying platform, and things that are A MUST to think about in advance and during the process in Europe.

    Yossi is always there to help cadet pilots make hard decisions easier by sharing from his experience and insights that have been collected along the way.

    With a Master's Degree in Psychology, she applies her knowledge to enhance the training experience for her students. Having worked as a Flight Attendant for El Al Airlines and as a Human Performance Specialist, Inbal has a wealth of experience in the aviation industry.

     

    Today, she focuses on helping pilots prepare for interviews, providing them with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
